THE SERVICE (AND ALL OTHER RELATED SERVICES) IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITH NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY OR CONTENT OF INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR RESULTS; AND

THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

We reserve the right to change and/or discontinue the current Services or any component of the Service at any time, for any reason, to the extent not prohibited by applicable law.

One-Time Payments

Payments submitted online Monday through Friday before 5:00 PM CT will be posted to your credit card account on that day unless the day is a legal holiday or other day that we are not open for business. Online payments made after 5:00 PM CT or on weekends, holidays or other days that we are not open for business will be posted on the next processing day. [Note that such payments may not be posted to the checking or savings account you designate as your payment account until a subsequent day.] Except as otherwise required by law, payments will be credit as of the date of posting.

Online payments can only be scheduled for amounts less than or equal to the current balance. If you schedule a payment for an amount greater than your current balance, the payment will post for the amount equal to your current balance.

IMPORTANT: Any online payments you make from a checking or savings account that is different from the account designated for automatic payments will cause future automatic payments to be drafted from the checking or savings account last entered. You will need to update your records accordingly.

ACCEPTANCE: I have read and understand the terms and conditions provided above. I authorize my issuer to initiate a one-time payment to withdraw the specified amount from my designated checking or savings account ("Deposit Account") today.

Automatic Payments (Monthly Auto-Pay) Terms and Conditions

By accepting these Automatic Payment Terms and Conditions, I authorize the Financial Institution to initiate payment of my credit card automatically each month on my Payment Due Date, or if my Payment Due Date falls on a weekend, holiday or other day that the Financial Institution or The Card Services Center is not open for business, then on the next processing day after my Payment Due Date, by withdrawing the specified amount from my designated checking or savings account ("Deposit Account"). I also authorize the Financial Institution to update my Deposit Account information upon receipt of (i) any "Notice of Change" from the Financial Institution holding my Deposit Account or (ii) a one-time payment that I designate from a different checking or savings account. (See the terms and conditions for One-Time Payments.)

Payment Options:

New Balance: If you select this option, the Financial Institution will automatically deduct from your Deposit Account the New Balance reflected on your monthly billing statement.

Minimum Payment Due: If you select this option, the Financial Institution will automatically deduct from your Deposit Account the Minimum Payment Due reflected on your monthly billing statement.

Fixed Payment: If you select this option, the Financial Institution will automatically deduct from your Deposit Account the fixed dollar amount you specify, except: (1) if the Minimum Payment Due is greater than the fixed dollar amount, the Financial Institution will automatically deduct the Minimum Payment Due for that month; (2) if the New Balance is less than the fixed dollar amount, the Financial Institution will automatically deduct the New Balance for the month.

The Monthly Auto-Pay options described above will not consider any portion of the Total Account Balance that is part of any interest-free billing program unless that interest-free program requires that you make a minimum payment, or if the interest free program expires prior to the Payment Due Date.

Regardless of which Monthly Auto-Pay option you choose, you understand and agree that your Monthly Auto-Pay amount will be reduced by any payments you make to your account prior to the Payment Due Date as reflected on the account summary page and your monthly billing statement.

If you choose to pay less than the New Balance each month, your account may be subject to finance charges as described in your Cardholder Agreement.

You understand that the Financial Institution reserves the right to cancel your participation in Monthly Auto-Pay in its sole discretion and that the Financial Institution will provide you with at least 14 days written notice before cancellation.

I have read and understand the terms and conditions provided therein. I hereby authorize the Financial Institution to initiate automated clearing house (ACH) debit entries from my Deposit Account for the amount I have specified or otherwise required as provided above. I understand and agree that each ACH Debit to my Deposit Account will occur based on my monthly billing statement. I also agree that the terms of the attached Automatic Payments (Monthly Auto-Pay) Terms and Conditions apply and are incorporated into this authorization by reference. This authorization is to remain in effect until I terminate Monthly Auto-Pay by logging into this website and clicking "Delete Auto-Pay" or by contacting Customer Service at (800) 854-7642. I understand that if I terminate my authorization, I must do so sufficiently in advance to allow Financial Institution to act upon my request during the current billing cycle (e.g., at least [5] days before my next scheduled Payment Due Date); otherwise, my termination will become effective with my next billing cycle.

Privacy and Security: You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any messages you request while using the Service. Further, you acknowledge and agree that parts of the Service are provided via wireless systems which use radios (and other means) to transmit communications over complex networks. We do not guarantee that your use of the Service will be private or secure, and we are not liable to you for any lack of privacy or security you may experience.
